& Founder of Through Life & Grief

Iska Hollman is a Thanatologist and the founder of Through Life & Grief. Holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and bringing over 20 years of experience, Iska specializes in therapeutic support for individuals navigating life-limiting illnesses, palliative care, and the complexities of the grief journey. Her clinical practice is rooted in hope and self-compassion, providing individuals with the practical tools needed to navigate loss with resilience and grace.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Iska is an inspiring and energetic community advocate and public speaker for personal well-being and end-of-life support. By bridging clinical expertise with a heart-centered approach, she helps families and professionals honour the entire life journey, providing a transformative perspective on life, death, and the path of grief.
