Through Grief Group– 7 Week Support Group

Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and difficult to put into words. Grief Journey is a 7-week support group designed to provide a compassionate and structured space where individuals experiencing loss can feel seen, heard, and supported. Rather than trying to “fix” grief, this group focuses on creating a safe environment where participants can explore the emotional and physical realities of loss while connecting with others who understand the experience of grieving.
